USDA National Fluoride Database of Selected Beverages and Foods - Release 2 (2005)
Assessment of fluoride intake is paramount in understanding the mechanisms of fluoride metabolism, specifically the prevention of dental caries, dental fluorosis, and skeletal fluorosis.
