MTA Customer Feedback: Beginning 2018
The Customer Feedback dataset provides a summary of customer feedback recorded in the MTA’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Customers may submit feedback about MTA services by phone, through online form, by mail, or through other customer service channels. Each submission is entered as a case in the CRM system and assigned attributes such as agency, date received, and category.
