    Technical Assistance for Underrepresented Businesses (TA) Program

    The Technical Assistance (TA) for Underrepresented Businesses Program began in 2020 with federal COVID dollars and has received funding from the Oregon Legislature for the past two biennia. The program funds organizations that help historically underrepresented and under-resourced small businesses. TA providers are selected biennially through a competitive process and reflect the program’s commitment to ensuring that small business technical assistance is widely available and accessible. This program is intended to advance economic prosperity for all as well as address long-standing disparities to wealth generation.
