National Use-of-Force Data Collection
This collection provides data on law enforcement uses of force that result in the death of a person, serious bodily injury of a person, or when law enforcement discharges a firearm at or in the direction of a person. In addition, law enforcement agencies can indicate months where no incidents meeting the above criteria occurred.
