2021 Hospital Inpatient - Diagnosis Code Frequency
This data table contains statewide counts for every diagnosis code (ICD-9-CM or ICD-10-CM) reported on the hospital inpatient data. A principal and up to 24 secondary diagnosis codes may be reported on each inpatient record. ICD-10 replaced ICD-9, effective October 1, 2015.
