Data from: The Biology of IncI2 Plasmids Shown by Whole-Plasmid Multi-Locus Sequence Typing

DNA sequences of each allele for 165 loci found in a population of 147 fully sequenced IncI2 plasmids with allelic identifiers. Data is based on whole-genome sequences in the National Center for Biotechnology Information database as of July, 2017.
