    The layers within this feature service represent the spatial extent of the BLM National Conservation Lands (NCL) National Monuments, National Conservation Areas and Similar Designations in Utah. Features included in this data set have been designated under either Public Law or Presidental Proclamation. National Monuments included are: Bears Ears (Proclamation 10285) Grand Staircase - Escalante (Proclamation 10286) Jurassic (Public Law 116-9, Sec.1252) National Conservation Areas included are: Beaver Dam Wash (Public Law 111-11, Sec. 1975) John Wesley Powell (Public Law 116-9, Sec. 1118) Red Cliffs (Public Law 111-11, Sec. 1974) Data within these services are a live copy of BLM Utah's enterprise production environment. Quality control is conducted annually.
