    Information about all current and most previous staff members (Employee, Contractor, Non-compensated) of Arlington County. This includes name, contact, organizational information. It is sourced from both the Prism System (Employee) and Active Directory (Employee, Contractor, Non-compensated). This shows some history of staff data changes over time versus the all_staff table which shows current state.
