    “We cannot measure what we cannot count.” NWBC entered into an Interagency Agreement with the U.S. Census Bureau to fund the development of custom tabulations on women-owned employer and nonemployer firms. The unique custom tabulations, which utilize data from both the Annual Business Survey (ABS) and the Nonemployer Statistics by Demographics (NES-D), are featured here as raw data to serve primarily as a resource for researchers and practitioners.
