• RSV vaccination coverage among Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries aged 75 years and older enrolled in a Part D plan is assessed using data files from the Medicare Fee-For-Service (FFS) administrative claims data managed by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). • Weekly RSV vaccination coverage estimates were calculated using Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, based on beneficiaries enrolled as of August 1, 2023. RSV vaccines received since August 1, 2023, among adults who were 75 years or older as of the end of the first year of the season (e.g., December 31, 2025, for the 2025–26 season), were included.
