Water temperature and pressure profiles collected by XBT in the Atlantic Ocean from 1988-05-20 to 1995-11-11 (NCEI Accession 0000157)
This dataset contains all delayed mode XBT data collected from 1988 through 1995 in the framework of the BSH Ship-of-Opportunity Programme (SOOP) and as a contribution to the World Ocean Circulation Experiment (WOCE). The principal investigator of this SOOP is Dr. Alexander Sy and the responsible technician is Jürgen Ulrich, both at Bundesamt für Seeschiffahrt und Hydrographie, Hamburg, Germany (BSH).
