Bathythermograph (XBT) data from USS J. HANCOCK, USS KAUFFMAN, and others in the Alboran Sea, Arabian Sea, and others from 1990-11-02 to 1991-12-02 (NCEI Accession 9300025)

The bathythermograph data in this accession were collected using six different ships between November 2, 1990 and December 2, 1991. The real time data of water temperature at varying depth bathythermograph (XBT) was recorded by the US Navy. The data was submitted to NODC by Fleet Numerical Oceanography Center, Monterey CA. The XBT data has been digitized and is present in the current NODC data storage system in C116 file format.
