Water quality data for the TAAP Transboundary Santa Cruz Aquifer
These data were compiled from published sources for implementation in the TAAP Binational Study of the Transboundary Santa Cruz Aquifer (2026). In the U.S. portion data were obtained from the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR) and the U.S. Geological Survey published datasets, now hosted together on the Water Quality Monitoring Council Website at https://www.waterqualitydata.us/. In the Mexican portion of the Aquifer, data were obtained from a joint report by the Universidad de Sonora, Comisión Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA), and the Mexican section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (Comisión Internacional de Limites y Agua Entre México y Estados Unidos (CILA)). At the time of publication of this dataset, that joint report was available here: http://www.cila.gob.mx/as/aharscE1.pdf.
