    This dataset conatins information about the Visa Security Program (VSP), which is an HSI-led counterterrorism program that assigns HSI special agents to diplomatic posts worldwide to conduct law enforcement visa-security activities and train the Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs on threats, trends and other topics affecting visa adjudsication. VSP is key tool HSI deployed internationally to prevent terrorists and other national security threats from obtaining visas and travelling to the United States.
