Vertical Distribution of Longfin Smelt in the San Francisco Estuary, 2016-2018 (ver. 3.0, February 2021)
This dataset includes field data for fishes sampled using mid-water trawls, otter trawls, and the SmeltCam during day and night in the Napa River, San Pablo Bay, and Suisun Bay, California, USA. This data release includes all measured environmental parameters and fish taxa included in the analysis.
