Vegetation (2006) - Palau
Draft U.S. Forest Service (USFS) detailed vegetation classification map for the Republic of Palau. Semi-automated classification of high-resolution remote sensing imagery, including 4-m IKONOS multispectral imagery along with 2.4-m QuickBird multispectral imagery to fill any cloud-covered gaps. Manual inspection and interpretation was performed on all polygons aided by historical vegetation surveys.
