This is a working document/draft of the USFWS Region 3 mobile hydroacoustics sampling and data processing protocol. We endeavor to keep this document up to date as much as possible, however, Echoview software is constantly improving and certain steps may become redundant or unneccessary. In general this document gives a reasonably accurate description of how the data was collected and processed.
