COOP Daily / Summary of the Day Description

Historical daily summaries from the COOP network (COOP Daily) and Summary of Day data from worldwide air field stations operated by the National Weather Service, Federal Aviation Administration, U.S. Air Force, and U.S. Navy. The Coop daily provides primarily temperature, precipitation, and snowfall data since 1850. Summary of Day Data provides extremes and averages of most weather elements observed as global hourly data, some as early as 1873.
