Two-dimensional HEC-RAS models for tributaries to the Willamette River, Oregon

Published by U.S. Geological Survey | Department of the Interior | Catalog Last Checked: August 01, 2026 at 05:39 AM | Dataset Last Updated: July 20, 2026 at 12:00 AM
This data release contains two-dimensional hydraulic models and model results for tributaries to the Willamette River of northwestern Oregon. Model files and results are organized by river name, wherein each river with two-dimensional models is included as a child item within this data release. The model extent for each river corridor is separated into individual reaches that each extend approximately 5-40 km in length. The two-dimensional hydraulic models of this data release were developed to assess general patterns of fish habitat at streamflows ranging from typical low summer flows (less than or equal to the 1st percentile of mean daily streamflows) to approximately the median annual high flow (approximately the 95th percentile of mean daily streamflows) for each reach. Additional information about model development, calibration, and results are described in the accompanying documentation, which can be found on each child-item page.
