Trends in Spatial Patterns of Heavy Metal Deposition on National Park Service Lands along the Red Dog Mine Haul Road, Alaska, 2001–2006.
This archive contains the model inputs and outputs for the NPS study: “Trends in Spatial Patterns of Heavy Metal Deposition on National Park Service Lands along the Red Dog Mine Haul Road, Alaska, 2001–2006.” The archive is divided into 5 areas:
1. Model_Input_Files. This folder contains the input files used in the posterior predictions model described in the paper above. ESRI-ArcGIS shapefiles for the posterior prediction grid are provided in a subfolder. Metadata is included.
2. BLSM_Output_Archive. This folder contains all the posterior predictions output, and is divided into Coarse Grid and Strata-Based predictions. Coarse Grid output covers all strata as a single output, while Strata-Based output are model runs based on strata run individually. Metadata is included.
3. Coarse_Grid_Summaries. This folder contains the summarization of Coarse Grid model output in 2 above. Metadata is included.
4. Strata_Based_Summaries. This folder contains the summarization of the Strata-Based model output contained in number 2 above. Metadata is included.
