TBIMS Public Use Data Set
De-identified data from more than 20,000 individuals with traumatic brain injury (TBI) enrolled in the TBI Model Systems National Database (NDB), collected across 16 TBIMS centers. All direct identifiers have been removed, including names, addresses, full birthdates (year only retained), phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers, and medical record numbers. Data are provided by request rather than direct download.
