Published by OpenTopography | OpenTopography | Catalog Last Checked: August 01, 2026 at 03:00 AM | Dataset Last Updated: June 22, 2023
A drone based photogrammetry survey of the Chinchilla fault scarp of the Chuculay fault system, Chile, 2018. Completed for the MS thesis project “The Bouncing Boulders of the Atacama”, Paul Morgan https://doi.org/10.7298/t9bt-e465 Initial photos were taken over many flights, with inconsistent lighting and flight paths. So the quality of the imagery and DEM vary throughout the study area with some alignment errors producing blurred imagery and digital elevation artifacts that are manifested as sharp (~1 m) offsets along mostly linear bands within the study area.
