Surface underway measurements of partial pressure of carbon dioxide (pCO2), salinity, temperature and other associated parameters during the R/V Marion Dufresne OISO-31 cruise (EXPOCODE 35MV20210113) in Indian Ocean from 2021-01-13 to 2021-03-04 (NCEI Accession 0245460)

This dataset includes continuous sea surface measurements of pCO2, temperature, salinity and atmospheric pressure data during the R/V Marion Dufresne OISO-31 cruise (EXPOCODE 35MV20210113) in Indian Ocean from 2021-01-13 to 2021-03-04. The OISO program (Océan Indien Service d'Observations), initiated in 1998, collects measurements of pCO2 and associated parameters (T, S, DIC, TALK, nutrients, Chl-a, 13C) along the repeated lines of R.V. Marion-Dufresne in the South-Western Indian and Southern Oceans; this coverage is a complement of the international CO2 observing system (IOCCP). The OISO data are regularly included in international data synthesis (SOCAT, GLODAP).
