This dataset is used by the Office of Emergency Management and Communications and other City of Chicago departments and primarily focuses on those events with needs related to traffic management, public safety, and similar issues. We hope others will also find it useful but please note that it is designed for that primary purpose and may change as needed to support that purpose.
