South Delta Monitoring Special Studies (MSS) Modeling Inputs and Selected Outputs

This dataset includes the MSS version of model inputs and outputs for the Delta Simulation Model 2 and Bay-Delta SCHISM. To perform DSM2 simulation and postprocessing, download MSS version of DSM2 (DSM2_MSS.2025.01) To perform data assimilation, download all the following files: • MSS release of data assimilation source code: unzip to see folder structure. • Environment yml file for conda: yml file for setting up conda environment to run the python scripts for data assimilation. • Release notes for data assimilation: documentation. • Combined DSM2 results for data assimilation (2021): combined DSM2 modeling results used for data assimilation. • Combined DSM2 results for data assimilation (2022): combined DSM2 modeling results used for data assimilation. • Combined DSM2 results for data assimilation (2023): combined DSM2 modeling results used for data assimilation.
