This Child Item contains the scripts for running water quality trends analysis for selected streams throughout Puerto Rico, Water Years 1958–2022 and a README file (readme_scripts.txt) that describes the structure of the attached folder titled Scripts.zip.
Scripts.zip – contains the following R scripts:
Data_retrieval_screening.R - script used to generate the input file that would be used in the trend analysis.
Trend_analysis_script_POR.R - script for running trend analysis over the full length of record.
MK_script_identicalPOR.R - script for running trend analysis for two time periods.
