    Notes: (1) Monthly Total entry fees from all participants. (2) Monthly total of all sums paid as winnings to all participants. (3) Net revenue before applying In-State Percentage. (4) Total entry fees from in-state participants (based on geolocation of participant when fee is collected). (5) Location Percentage (Col. E ÷ Col. B), rounded to the nearest tenth of a percent. (6) Monthly Total Fantasy Contest Revenue (Col. F x Col. D). (7) Payment rate is 13.75% of in-state total fantasy contest revenue. Monthly Payment is the greater of the calculated Payment or $0 (if calculated Payment is negative). (8) In October 2025, DraftKings discovered that Pick6 fantasy contest revenue had been excluded from overall monthly fantasy contest reporting calculations. As a result, reported amounts were revised from December 2023 - July 2025, resulting in an increase in State payments of $163,768. Corrected amounts are reported above.
