    Feature layer containing authoritative sanitary availability polygons for Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  This layer includes the areas where sanitary sewer is expected to be extended by the City of Sioux Falls, phased in tiers 1-3. Tier 1 is 0-5 years from present, tier 2 is 6-15 years out, and tier 3 is 16-25 years out.
