    This dataset contains the monthly surface-water diversion allotments from March 1940 through 2014 for the 57 water-balance subregions (WBS) within the seven canal service units simulated in the Rio Grande Transboundary Integrated Hydrologic Model (RGTIHM). Allotment values are presented in units of acre-feet.
