KS25-01 cruise was conducted by the Japan Meteorological Agency's research vessel "Keifu Maru" from January to February, 2025. This dataset reports the results of marine observations conducted within the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) of the United States (Wake Atoll National Wildlife Refuge) during this voyage. The major objectives of the cruise are to monitor ocean conditions in the western North Pacific on a seasonal basis. During the cruise, vertical profiles of seawater temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, nutrients were observed. As a method of Hydrographic observation, vertical distributions of seawater temperature and salinity were measured using a CTD (Conductivity-Temperature-Depth profiler), and chemical analysis was performed on seawater samples collected by the CTD's multi-bottle sampler. This dataset is the U.S. State Department MSR RATS U2024-016. Data are in TXT and CSV formats.
