Reference Sequences (RefSeq)
RefSeq is a database of integrated, non-redundant, well-annotated references sequences, including genomic DNA, transcripts, and proteins. RefSeq genomes are compies of selected genomes available in GenBank, while RefSeq transcript and proteins records are generated through computation, manual curation, and other methods.
