Range-wide probability of persistence of Ornate Chorus Frog populations and a habitat suitability map

Published by U.S. Geological Survey | Department of the Interior | Catalog Last Checked: August 01, 2026 at 04:06 AM | Dataset Last Updated: September 24, 2025 at 12:00 AM
Data include the probability of persistence of 407 Ornate Chorus Frog (Pseudacris ornata) populations across the distribution, as well as the mean habitat suitability, mean winter precipitation, and proportion of the surface that is impervious within each buffered population. Data also include the probability of persistence of Ornate Chorus Frog populations when different buffer sizes are used to estimate sensitivity to the choice of buffer radius. Data include a raster file representing relative habitat suitability for Ornate Chorus Frogs.
