Quality control measurements for point-of-care pharmaceutical manufacturing of pain management medicines

This data publication contains the raw and derived data (e.g., extracted peak areas, peak intensities, area ratios, etc.) from microdrop UV-Vis spectroscopy, handheld Raman spectroscopy, liquid chromatography with UV detection, and ambient ionization (direct analysis in real time [DART]) triple quadrupole mass spectrometry analyses of compounded and personalized pain management medicines. These included simple injection saline solutions (fentanyl citrate, benzyl fentanyl hydrochloride, and bupivacaine), adjuvant medicine (diphenhydramine and promethazine tablets), and personalized opioid treatments and tapers (oxycodone tablets and films, buprenorphine films, and 7-day regimens of oxycodone oral films and combined methadone-buprenorphine-naloxone oral films).  *Any mention of commercial products is for information only; it does not imply recommendation or endorsement by NIST.
