Proposal to FAA for the "Global Analysis and Information Network" ca 1996
Response to the FAA request for comments on zero accidents. The responses propose estimating the age-specific field reliability of all aircraft service parts, not just safety-or-fracture- critical parts tracked by hours and cycles. Proposal includes an example. The proposal is still valid.
