Processed sUAS products from Sulphur Creek near Wilbur Hot Springs, northern California Coast Ranges
This data release contains small uncrewed aircraft system (sUAS) products acquired from Sulphur Creek near Wilbur Hot Springs in Colusa County, California. The dataset includes: (1) high-resolution visible light orthomosaics, (2) a digital surface model (DSM) derived from structure-from-motion photogrammetry using visible imagery, (3) a raw thermal orthomosaic, (4) a calibrated thermal orthomosaic, (5) shapefile datasets with flight boundaries and control points. Thermal data were calibrated using in-field temperature control points acquired concurrently with flight operations. These datasets support characterization of geothermal surface expressions, stream-temperature anomalies, and associated landscape features. Products are provided in GeoTIFF format with associated metadata. This data release enables spatial analysis of surface temperature variations and topographic context, and may be useful for hydrologic, geothermal, and ecological studies in the region.
