Data were collected from 6 component projects from Tomales Bay, California, from 19 March 1987 to 21 September 1996. Data were collected as part of the Land Margin Ecosystem Research (LMER) Project and the Biogeochemical Reactions in Estuaries (BRIE) Project. The component projects were biotic variables in the water column, water composition, dissolved load water composition, particulate load composition, sediment nutrient fluxes, and water temperature with descriptive text.
