Data from clinical mentorship in Kenya which was conducted from October to December, 2019. IM supported NMCP with data collection in seven counties in Kenya. A total of 175 health workers were observed in 85 facilities during the period. A digital version of the clinical mentorship checklists was used to collect data from the health facilities. The dataset contains aggregated data by county for the percentage of healthcare workers with a competency score ≥90%, median score, minimum and maximum score (providing the range of scores) for each of the clinical mentorship indicators measuring competency.
