The actuator has an anchor section (40) that is supported in a coil arrangement and is displaced in an axial direction during excitation of the arrangement. A guide sleeve (60) made of a soft-magnetic material is fixed in the arrangement. An outer surface of the section is coated with friction-resistant material Teflon(RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene).
