This record describes Acropora globiceps and Isopora crateriformis raw density at the site level as well as colony-level partial mortality, size, and bleaching for each species. Surveys were conducted by SCUBA divers from February 4-26, 2025 and and March 10-27, 2025 in Tutuila, American Samoa by scientists of the Ecosystem Sciences division at the Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center, and this project was funded by the Inflation Reduction Act (NA24NMFX405C0005-T1-01). Related datasets include benthic fixed site photogrammetric imagery, an AI image classifier, genomics, thermal tolerance data, subsurface water temperature data, and will be described and accessible on the InPort metadata record https://www.fisheries.noaa.gov/inport/item/76360.
