Outreach Events
The Austin Small and Minority Business Resources' (SMBR) Strategic Services Division manages the department’s communication, marketing, outreach; strategic planning and initiatives; process improvement strategies and data reporting. The division is responsible for ensuring the department has representation at internal and external events during the fiscal year to promote the Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) Procurement Program, certification services and its supportive services program.
