    Through CFR 1904.41, OSHA has the primary responsibility for the collection, compilation, and distribution of establishment-specific OSHA Form 300A injury and illness data.  These data are collected through an Injury Tracking Application (ITA). The agency currently has CY 2016-2020 data.
