Scio_2012_STUDY_REACH feature class: represents flood study reaches for for the City of Scio. This dataset was produced by the Strategic Alliance for Risk Reduction (STARR), a technical contractor for FEMA Region 10. 3. Scio_2012_FLD_HAZ_AR feature class: represents flood study inundation zones for the City of Scio. This dataset was produced by the Strategic Alliance for Risk Reduction (STARR), a technical contractor for FEMA Region 10.
