Measurement data associated with NIST Technical Note Optimal Transmit Volume Conditions for MCV QoE Measurement Systems https://doi.org/10.6028/NIST.TN.NUMBER. These files contain measurement results for P25 Direct, P25 trunked Phase 2, and analog direct operating in unencrypted modes. Transmit audio and associated cutpoints files are also included.
