Oceanographic profile temperature and salinity data from 5 Nansen bottle casts and 5 Mechanical Bathythermograph (MBT) casts taken by the UK Navy hydrographic survey ship HMS Hydra in Blanche Bay, near Rabaul off the island of New Britain on 23-08-1972. These casts are missing from the original cruise data in the global archives (cruise WOD13_GB024903).
