Oceanographic data acquired in support of the 1980-06 study of the upwelling center off Point Sur, California (NCEI Accession 9000024)

The Current, Temperature and Depth (CTD) data were collected by Naval Postgraduate School from Coastal Waters of California between 2-19 June, 1980 using ship Acania. Bathythermograph (XBT) data were collected at selected depths at intervals of 5m. The data submitted by Dr. Christopher N.K.Mooers in tape have been processed by NODC. The data is available in the C125 Bathythermograph XBT selected depth format as well as F022-CTD Hi resolution format.
