Number of EDGAR Filings by Form Type
The file provides the number of electronic public EDGAR filings by form type for each calendar year since 1993. The file contains: Filing Date Year; Form Type; and Count. The file is updated on a quarterly basis. The number of filings includes only those filings that are disseminated to the public through the EDGAR filing system and does not include non-public filings. Certain filings are disseminated on a delayed basis and may result in a revised total in subsequent updates. DISCLAIMER: This file contains information derived from filings provided by individual registrants. It is possible inaccuracies or other errors were introduced into the data during the compilation process. The data are intended to provide information about public filings; however, they are not a substitute for the filings. Investors should review the full Commission filings before making any investment decision.
