NRSA enzyme decomposition model data
Microbial enzyme activities measured at more than 2000 US streams and rivers. These enzyme data were then used to predict organic matter decomposition and microbial respiration, and to predict carbon efflux from US streams and rivers.
This dataset is associated with the following publication:
