REST endpoint for Bathymetric Attributed Grid (BAG) Color Shaded Relief tile layer (an overview of all surveys in a continuous image). Note: this is a tiled image service, cached to zoom level 16 (2.4 m resolution), with level 17 (1.2 m) available in many areas. In the ArcGIS JavaScript API, it can be loaded as an ArcGISTiledMapServiceLayer (faster), or as an ArcGISImageServiceLayer (slower).
