Northeast economic add-on 1999 (NCEI Accession 0175785)
Maine to Virginia anglers were surveyed using an add-on to the basic angler interviews from the MRFSS program of NMFS. Revealed preference models provide insights into recreational angler behavior and the economic value of recreational fishing trips. Variables include reason for trip, length of trip, boat ownership, household income, whether or not they took time off from work without pay, and years of experience.
