Application of non-targeted screening to the Cape Fear River of North Carolina in 2016-2018 detailing a location impacted by fluorochemical manufacturing. Dataset contains raw picked peaks from chromatographic separation and MS1 identification, as well as identification based on manual examination of MS2 fragment spectra.
